PROSE NAILS BOOKING RULES & REGULATIONS Deposit N$150 required to confirm every booking, via EFT, eWallet, or Pay2Cell to the details provided. Booking confirmed once deposit received. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours notice required or deposit is forfeited. Contact Rosalia directly on +264 81 869 2062 to reschedule. No-Shows Forfeits deposit. Future bookings may require deposit upfront. Late Arrivals 10 to 15 minute grace period. Later than that may mean a shortened service or reschedule, deposit not guaranteed refunded. Health & Hygiene Please disclose allergies, skin conditions, or infections beforehand. Service may be declined for visible infection, irritation, or unhealed injury. Tools sanitised between clients. Children & Guests Welcome, kindly asked to stay seated and supervised. Payment Balance due at end of appointment, deposit deducted from total. Accepted: cash, eWallet, Pay2Cell. Photography & Social Media Rosalia may photograph nails for portfolio and social use. Let her know at booking if you would rather not. Right to Refuse Service At Rosalia's discretion, based on behaviour, health and safety, or rule non-compliance.
